Creativity is doing with Ronald Parades of Creativity Roots (NPPM 18)

🥳Hiya Coffee Cup,

Today I’m sharing how my struggle with understanding my own flavor/flavour of creativity is.

I've always wanted to have a formidable artistic skill like writing, drawing or creating music. In my mind, since I didn't do any of these really well I wasn't creative. Podcasting changed this for me in a very big way but I didn't realize it immediately. Conversations I had with dear friend and insanely talented graphic artist Ronald Paredes started to change my mind. And of course he had to record one of these conversations because he knew I'd have to really listen to him telling me that I was, in fact, a very creative person. Here's part of this conversation from August 2019, what feels like a lifetime ago, and my current thoughts on it now at the end of 2023.
